Heart Touchers - E-Mail Help

I have subscribed to Heart4Teens or HeartTouchers but I have not received any e-mails yet? Why is this?

There is a possibility that a spam filter or your email program's security settings are blocking email addresses from HeartTouchers or Heart4Teens e-mail accounts. If you use a spam filter you can add the following two addresses to your "white list" to allow emails from us to get through:

stories@hearttouchers.com
stories@heart4teens.com

If you don't have a spam filter but still have difficulty seeing or receiving our emails keep reading as adding our emails to your address book may solve your viewing problems.

How do I add HeartTouchers or Heart4Teens e-mails to my address book?

There are occasional restrictions that certain email providers place on email delivery that can prevent our ability to send you content such as images. To bypass these restrictions one typically only has to add the email address of one of our emails to their email provider's address list.
